Cilantro | Coriander, Moroccan, Heirloom

Plant is in recycled containers.

Great winter herb!

Annual

Full sun to partial shade.

Sow in spring and late summer.

Extra-large, full-flavored seeds are ideal for homemade ground coriander or classic cilantro leaf flavor, too. Considered a four-in-one herb. Fast-growing, it quickly produces flavorful leaves soon followed by delicate, white (and edible) flowers that attract small, beneficial insects, keeping the pests away. Large green seed pods with bright, aromatic flavor come after flowering. Quick to bolt, ideal for producing an abundance of seeds. Can also dry the seeds to use as coriander spice.

This herb was grown from seed, and then transplanted from seed starters.

Plant can be repotted to well-draining soil in pot or directly sowed in ground. Transplant outdoors when the temperature is 55 - 68 degrees Fahrenheit or warmer.
