Other names include Callisia Repens, Pink Panther, Pink Lady, or the Pink Turtle vine.
Native to Central and South America tropical regions. This plant is a low-maintenance succulent houseplant and grows fast! The plant is known for its vibrant leaves and long trailing stems making the plant beautiful and lush with bright pink and purple veins on the leaves. The stem vines act as succulents that provide water storage. Great for plant parents on-the-go who may not water their plants as frequently!
Non-toxic, safe for pets; ingestion is still not recommended.
Our varieties are established using a custom blend of potting and succulent soils.
All of our pink panther plants were originally sourced in San Antonio, Texas.
Prefers a tropical climate, preferring temperatures of 60 - 85 degrees Fahrenheit. In direct light, the plant's leaves will turn green, while under the preferred, bright indirect light, the plant will thrive with pink and purple veins on the small leaves. If the leaves start to yellow, move the plant to a sunnier location.
Plant is sensitive to overwatering and prefers soil that is light, airy, and free draining with lots of organic material. Recommended to check soil before watering (top layer will be dry when watering is needed), about every week or so, soak the soil completely, then drain.
